Trains to Machu Picchu and Puno
San Pedro Station:

This is the station of trains covering the route Cusco-Machu Picchu. The auxiliary entrance is the most accessible, that is the one for car entrance. There is a fixed ramp of very steep slope between the parking area and the platform to board the trains. The public service counters are at 1.07 m high. All services are at the platform level where you board the trains. Public restrooms are wide with entrance doors of 0.80 wide, but do not have toilets appropriately installed for people in wheelchairs.

Trains to Puno, Arequipa and La Paz (Bolivia)

This is the train station that covers the routes Cusco-Puno and Cusco-Arequipa. The main entrance is the most accessible through which cars also get in.
The different entrances to the building are at the same level of the street. In some doors, the ground is a little bit unleveled, but it is easily overcome. The public service counters are at 1.07 m high. All services are at the platform level where you board the trains. Public restrooms are wide with entrance doors of 0.80 wide, but do not have toilets appropriately installed for people in wheelchairs. It should be taken into consideration that all the railroad service in the south of the country is in process of change.

The Perú Rail Company, which has the concession of the train service in this area, is renewing both the stations and the equipment. One of these changes in the new coaches supposes to fit out two free spaces for passengers in wheelchairs. Perú Rail is part of the Orient Express international company that is why the equipment and infrastructure will be adapted according to the international standards of accessibility in a near future.
